IronRuby: Should you Fear or Embrace Dynamic Languages?

Most developers' experience with Dynamic Languages is via copy and paste of awful JavaScript code found on the web. This doesn't do dynamic language any favors :)
This talk will show you what you can do with dynamic languages, where you should use them, and why they are important for software development in the future.
And of course, we'll be looking through Ruby-colored glasses!
John Lam recently emigrated from Toronto to the Microsoft Republic to join the Dynamic Language Runtime team. He works on the IronRuby implementation, and pitches in
where necessary on the DLR, and on integration with partners like the Silverlight team. Before he joined Microsoft, he created RubyCLR, an innovative high performance
